Our world is a busy place, full of goals and to-do lists, roles and responsibilities. The routines we develop to deal with all this can be useful and comforting, but also bear the hazard of being numbing, deadening and rendering us unconscious and depressed..

The weekend workshops at Journey Inn are designed to awaken, inspire, rejuvenate, provide new perspectives, and to open new possibilities.

Over the past 15 years, John Huffaker and Charlene Torchia have created and guided workshops on couples massage, creativity, the Enneagram personality typology, intuition, self-care, dealing with change, staying healthy with the seasons, life purpose, the shadow, the four elements, finding your dream and many others. They took workshop participants to sites on The North Shore of Lake Superior and numerous retreat centers in Minnesota.

Today, having designed and built their own b&b/retreat in Maiden Rock, Wisconsin (near Lake Pepin – 1 hour from St. Paul, MN) John and Charlene host other’s workshops and lead workshops of their own creation. They look forward to joining you on your journey!
